Triton Poker Tables Return Policy

1. Please send us an email at support@tritonpokertables.com with your order # and reason for return
2. We will reply with a return authorization number (RA#)
3. You can then send your item back to the following address, please make note of the RA#
4. If you wish to cancel your order you must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has already shipped the shipping cost will be deducted from refund amount
5. Our Return Policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
6. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4-7 business days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

1. We replace damaged or defective items within 30 days from the date you receive your order. If you need to exchange your order, please send us an email at support@tritonpokertables.com and we will get you set up.

3. Attn: Your Return Auth. # (provided when you contact us about your return)
4. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

2. We at Triton Poker want to get you your order as quickly as possible. We know you're excited to get your order and we can't wait for you to start playing with Triton Poker products!
3. All orders are currently shipping in 3-10 business days due to UPS delays in our facilities area.
4. Triton Poker Tables ship via UPS Freight. Tracking information will be sent to the email used to place your order upon shipment (tracking can sometimes be delayed up to 24 hours)

   Please note due to additional safety precautions put in place by our warehouse and UPS Freight some orders may have slightly higher than normal fulfillment and transit times.
