  • Please send us an email at with your order # and reason for return
  • We will reply with a return authorization number (RA#)
  • You can then send your item back to the following address, please make note of the RA#
  • If you wish to cancel your order you must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has already shipped the shipping cost will be deducted from refund amount

Our Return Policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4-7 business days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace damaged or defective items within 30 days from the date you receive your order. If you need to exchange your order, please send us an email at and we will get you set up.
